Is there an internet site where I can question NASA about a NASA oversight?

I want a picture of Earth in front of the stars, taken from the moon. NASA never took any such photos. It can't be done with one camera and must be assembled by superimposing.

That they decided there would never be a need or appllication for such photos suggests groupthink. Another "O-Ring".

Hi. An exposure taken ANY place that has two vastly different levels of brightness is difficult to get. Earth is in direct sunlight, stars are far dimmer. I think when the astronauts were near the Moon they simply did the best they could.
