aquarium salt usually comes with instructions on how much to put in the tank per gallon. obviously, aquarium salt from your petshop is the ONLY salt you use in a saltwater aquarium.

if you use normal salt, or put too much/too little, the fish will become sick and die quite quickly.

No, it's not okay. Clownfish will grow to at least 2.5 inches each, some to 5"+, depending on the species. A pair should have a 30 gallon tank.

For the health of the fish, you need to keep the specific gravity between 1.020-1.026. Mix the saltwater in a clean 5 gallon bucket you use just for mixing the water and test it with a hydrometer once it's room temperature (before you add it to the tank). Don't rely on measuring the salt, because it compacts as it absorbs moisture from the air.

a pair of clownfish need 30 US gallons MINIMUM.

2 gallons is FAR too small for clownfish, and keeping the salinity and other levels stable in that tiny a tank should only be left to those with decades of experience and patience.

You can't be serious? Why would you even think of doing that.
