I've been getting all these magazines in the mail, I've been ripped off, last month I was billed 80 bucks, yesterday I was billed $112.00, & today they tryed to bill me $120.00!! -Everytime I tell them to cancel, they refuse to/they can't/etc. What should I do?? they won't leave me alone & keep sending me all these magazines I don't want!! -has this ever happened to you?

YES!!!
and they wouldn't let me cancel even though they were the wrong magazines and they threatened me and called me at all hours.
I just ignored them, and they finally went away. 7 years and you're clear....
Report them to the Better Business Bureau (if you can find an address/phone number) - maybe even get a lawyer to write a letter for you. Go on record as stating that you don't owe due to breach of contract on their part, you tried to cancel numerous times, etc. and then just ignore them 'till they go away.
No guarantee, but it never showed up on my credit report cuz it was a scam.
