Best to fall asleep to a movie you have already seen, and don't mind missing the end of...
Brokedown Palace is a good one because it has some soothing music and doesn't have alot of sudden noises to jerk you awake in the midst of falling asleep. Cast Away is also a good one for the same reasons - but only after the plane crashes.
