it means that 2x - 1.5 =-x + 1.5
you will need to resove this equation first
2x+x =1.5+1.5
3x = 3 . then x=1
replace x in one of the equation to find y
y=2.1-1.5= 0.5 , y=0.5
the point will be ( 1, 0.5)

since both equations equal y then
2x - 1.5 = -x + 1.5
you add x to both sides and add 1.5 to both sides
2x + x = 1.5 + 1.5
3x = 3
x = 1
then u plug in x to either equation to find y
y = 2(1) - 1.5
y = 0.5

2x - 1.5 = - x + 1.5
3x = 3
x = 1
y = 2 - 1.5 = 0.5
Point of intersection is (1,0.5)
