i'm planning to have a nose and lip piercing, any1 tell me, does it hurt, or it just u knw stings or smthin ?

Of course it hurts. But it depends on your pain tolerance, when I got my ears pierced, they only hurt for like 5 hours. If it swells, put ice on it.

Getting my lip done didn't hurt a bit, it hurt a few hours after because it was a little tender and it got knocked around a few times. But in general it doesn't hurt - like even a few days later, of course - as long as you keep it clean.

ear piercings doesnt hurt at all..it feels like an antbite.Belly button piercings hurts a lot for 2 weeks after the piercing and you wont be able to stretch a lot(including yawning).Tongue piercings just makes you feel like your tongue has cramps

I had the Monroe piercing done and it did not really hurt but when I heard my skin pop it freaked me out. It was sore afterwards though.

i think it would hurt but only temporarily, the same as anything like that really.
i would probably steer clear of getting the lip done though as the piercing can rub on your teeth and ruin your teeth

yes...well it really depends where u get it. i have about 19 peirccings and i all got it at different times. for some reason it hurt less wen i got them while i was younger. see i got a peircing on my ******** wen i was 14 and it hurt alrit and wen i got one on the other side wen i was 40 it didnt hurt at all. it was actually quite enjoyable. it was more saggy so i suppose it would hurt as bad

I've only had my eyebrow, which did not hurt at all
I've heard the nose doesn't hurt either, but that the lip does

i have my nose done and really it wasnt that bad!! it felt like popin a pimple or ur nose,just a lil sting real quick and its over =)

i dont know about the lip but my nose piercing almost made me blackout maybe its coz i didnt use a gun and i did it the traditional way of using a needle. that was sooooooo pain

piercing in your cartilidge hurts and it takes a long time to heal and even when it does heal, you may still experience pain or discomfort with certain earrings. i have had my cartilidge pierced for six years now and they still hurt with certain earrings especially if i sleep in them
