Since I've had some recent experience in this arena, in my own experience anyway, I really needed to tell the people in my life, especially my kids, just how much they meant to me.
I would like to die with my loved ones around me, and they were all there for me. It's nice to know it could happen that way.
It gave me peace.

Yes I would, to a select 1 or 2 close to you..But not to be pitied, but to share and have the love, companionship, friendship of those you feel close too. You don't really have the right to shut them out of your life now, when they've been with you all or most of it, sharing all your Up's and downs.. No one wants to really face this kind of thing alone. Or die alone. No 2nd; chances if you screw your exit up , decide when it's too late that you did want company along this last stage of your life.

No, I would not because I do not want to spend my last month watching my loved ones and friends worrying about me. I would rather enjoy time with them and live all of my days like it would be the last or all of that month like if would be the last which it would...

I would let my close family know, being I have children I would need to set up things where I could go peacefully knowing without a doubt they would be taken care of.

Of course. I would not be able to keep my mouth shut. I would probably write a diary and expect someone to publish it after I die. I'm hot...and people are talking about me.

Only my immediate family just to prepare them. I wouldn't tell anyone else because they'd starting acting weird around me and that would drive me crazy.

For me,the answer is NO
That will be terrible for me ,but also you know ,to die is to get rid of all the troubles, but we will never see our family members,so since we are living now ,love your parents,love your wife,you children,and also yourself

Yes because then I could tell them all how I felt about them before I go and they could get their one chance to say they love me or tell me off. lol
