Can I make a high quality feature film for $100,000. with only 10 crew members and 4 actors? The time it takes is not important, and everyone will be working almost for free.

Yes, a local filmmakers that I know of were able to produce a movie with only $13,000 which was mostly the cost of the film and production. The cast and crew were working for experience only.

Having a good story is the key ingredient and the 2nd most important is good direction, 3rd is editing, 4th is acting (a good director can extract a good performance from even mediocre talent).

For $100,000 you could make 10 movies! Watch Robert Rodriguez's 10 minute film school or Mariachi with director voice over... that movie cost him $7000-$10,000 to make.

I honestly, don't know what you are worrying about.

Depends...if you are a good director...you know what you're doing...you show the story just right on film and in editing and you believe in what you are doing.
