Have you ever been fooled by salesmen & then got bills after bills??

I was fooled into a so-called deal on the phone with magazines, & other so-called crap these people told me I won, they refuse to cancel my order, they charged me $80.00 last month, $112.00 yesterday, & tryed to charge me $120.00 today!!! (What the f**k should I do?) -Has this ever happened to you?

Do they have electronic access to your checking account? If they do, close out that account. If it's on a credit card, close out the credit card account (the balance does not have to be zero to do this.) If they are just sending you a bill, I would call them and tell them that they can either cancel your account, or they can keep it open and not get their money because you are not paying them either way. If you know the name of the company, I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. Also, you might even want to look into filing a police report over this matter.
