some are doing all different fairtytale characters come into one story but i dont know really what to do. i had an idea with the princess and the frog where she kisses the frog but because it was a cane toad she dies. but i dont think it will work. also we have to read it out in class. whenever i do orals i go so red and my eyes water and i can feel my face burning off. its soo embarrasssing and everyone points it out.heeeellllppppp.!!!!!!

If you have time before this is due, read stories by Jane Yolen. She dose things like this in a lot of her books. Like Briar Rose which is a mix of Sleeping Beauty and the Holocaust. Good book. And is teen rated so you have nothing to bad to fear when reading it. Her stories might give you some really good ideas. Don't do a common fairy tale. Pick something less known. Your teacher will like that. Shows you’re creative. For ex. a lot of people are telling you to do Cinderella. But most likely a lot of other people in your class are going to do that. I would do something like the princess and the pea. Something that’s well known, but not to the point that everyone else in your class will end up doing the same thing.

Let the "Sleeping Beauty" story be about the lead character falling into a deep sleep where she faces 7dwarfs. They represent the 7 deadly sins, and the only way to break the spell is to resist thier temptations and wake up from this horrible nightmare.

Cinderella, instead of going the palace afterthe wedding to the prince
have the king not like her and disown the prince and they have to go live with the step mom

How about Cinderella. She slaps the SHlT out of her stepsisters and tells her stepmother to do her own cleaning. Then she goes off to the castle on her own and finds the prince. Refuses to try on the slipper and tells him, you love me for ME regardless of my feet size.

Well, you could take Cinderella and have the prince change his mind and fall madly in love with the fairy godmother.
