There is a rubber seal around the bulb. Yours is no good. Replace it and if it doesn't clear up then you might have to get a whole new assembly.

Two possible reasons: The lens or the seal to the headlamp unit is defective, allowing rain or spray from the road to enter the headlamp, or there is water in the engine compartment (Leaky hose?) making the back of the lamp unit very humid. In either case the lens is the coldest part and that's where the water ends up

Condensation inside a headlamp lense is caused but microscopic cracks in the plastic itself. When driving into rain at highway speeds water is forced into these cracks.

I've been told that there is a product that you can buy to seal the headlamps from the inside, but I don't know what it's called, or where to get it.

Check with a parts store. See if they can help you out.

Good luck!

Your, or any other headlamp, does not generate enough heat to produce condensation. The moisture trapped within the lamp is probably the result of rain driven through a crack.

The simplest solution: buy a new car! ;-)

Real easy fix for this is to remove the headlight assmbly them on bottom of the headlight assmbly right behind lens, drill a small hole. re install headlight assbly. water drains out and never builds up again. I had to do that to a old ford Taurus my wife had.

Normally that is a sign of a crack in the lenses, or in the seal.
