I do!
Going around with a whole load of muck in my mind only makes ME weary and tired. The other guy does not even KNOW that I am allowing him to live "rent free!" in my head!
So.........the only way is to flush it all away! But if it keeps coming back for days and months, I found a solution that works:
Do it, JUST FOR TODAY!
Every morning, it is just another day, and I handle problems only for today. When I wake up tomorrow, it is again TODAY!

And how many times have you flushed it away, only to have it come back as strong or stronger?
It needs an overhaul AND a flush.

Only if you have the older commodes that flush 19.4 gallons of water per flush. If you have one of the newer 1.2 gallons per flush models, then it might take two flushes.

thats how i fix things. i flush things from my mind that i dont want to deal with. it helps keep me stress free.
