With the best receiving unit in the league, I'm not letting Tom Brady go anywhere else...

Im not going to overthink the question because we all know RB's are the first thing you should take off the board unless your closer to the end of the first round where you can take say manning and follow up with lewis (depends on the scoring for the league) I really dontk know who im going to pick but its a tie between Brady and manning. They both have more weapons then they did last year.

Manning doesnt face a strong pass defense this year in his schedule especially with pacman being shaky if hes going to play for the titans harrison and wayne will eat that up and now has an explosive threat at 3rd WR with anthony gonzalez but this is my point and why im picking brady over manning(yeah manning has always been picked number 1 im tired of it) what can you say hes one of the best

Brady should be number 1 off the QB's list because of the revamping of his receiving corps hes always thrown for 3000+ yds 20+TDs Now he has a set of WR where he can throw anything and it will be caught Moss Stallworth and Welker c'mon im gonna ride the brady train with his 4000+ yds this year and 30 TD's

Personally, I would hold off from any QB in the first round. That being said, there are two solid options in the first round for QB selection: Peyton Manning and Drew Brees.

Both have had monster seasons. Manning is a concensus 1st rounder. Brees on the other hand has taken a faltering offense of a floundering team and has remodeled it into a force in the NFC (1st ranked offense overall in the NFL - even better than Manning and the Colts). Brees will continue to build on his presence in New Orleans and establish himself as a top tier QB.

If you can't grab Manning in the first round, pick up Drew Brees ... only if you are certain you want to start with QB in your draft selection.

In the first round, you don't need a QB unless you're picking #10 or later. If that's your pick, obviously pick Peyton Manning mainly for stats and he never gets injured.

In the first round, go with your stud RB. Yes, they're more prone to wreck your team if injury occurs but there are only about 5 in the top tier and another 5 - 7 in the 2nd tier.

If you're asking for which QBs to pick and in what round:
1. Peyton toward end of 1st round
2. Brees in 3rd
3. Brady in 4th or 5th
4. Mcnabb in 6th or so

lemme give u some advise, never go for a Q.B. first round, because u only need 1 Q.b. always go for a R.B. like L.t., L.J. or even willie parker, Reggie bush, and so-on, u need 2 RB's and they go fast, Q.B.s go fast too, especiall Peyton and Tom Brady, but think of it, the RB or WR are more important, this is what i followed last season and only lost my 3rd game in fantasy football
1:WR/RB
2.Q.B./WR/RB (the WR, RB, would be which ever one u didnt choose in first round, this chart works like that a lot)
3.Defense/WR/RB/QB ( this is where i would take a defense or my FIRST Q.B.)
4.Defense/T.E.
5. WR/RB (which ever one u didnt choose first round)
6.WR/RB (which ever one u didnt choose the 5th round)
7. Kicker
now try to get the best players u can, and trade with other teams..... and always have one risk, a rookie u think has a shot at being good, make sure u have one, i took a gamble w/ B.Roethlisberger his first year, and i traded him and got REggie Wayne.... so they can help to have a good back-up postition that someone else needs to trade for them.

oh yeah and for the ?, if i had to chose a Q.B. id take a chance after Drew Brees, but if he is gone, take Philip Rivers, who i would think would go for the 2nd or 3rd round, depends on who is in ur draft room.

Manning is the obvious choice. Getting a qb like Brady might be a good choice this year too, now that he has Moss to throw to.
