Glue doesn't stick to the inside of the bottle because it doesn't dry in the bottle because it is airtight.
For example, if you left the lid off the top of the bottle, the glue would get a dry skin across the top, which would air-proof the glue underneath it. The whole lot wouldn't dry out, because it is too thick and the skin would form first.
But if you tipped al lthe glue out of the bollte and spread it out on some paper, it would eventually dry because of the air that would be on it.
But when it's inside the bottle, the lid protects it from the air and stops it from drying.

See, in the bottle, there's little air. What makes the glue move is the water in the glue. In the bottle, there's no air, so the water doesn't evaporate. When it leaves the bottle, or the bottle is left open, the water evaporates or dries and sticks things together. We say it dries because it loses the moisture by evaporation

there's a little glue fairy inside every bottle. her wand is a squeegy which she uses to scrape the inside walls of the bottle. the other end of this wand has a paddle which she uses to stir the glue and keep it liquid. Some of these wands come with fairy dust and become glittery. some have hardhats for the industrial strengths. some have capes for that super hold and some have straight-jackets cause thier just crazy.:)

The inside of the bottle is treated with a resin the makes it slick and non adhesive for the glue.
