f(-2)=4*4+10+10=36

answer is 36

4*(-2)^2-5(-2)+10
= 4*4+10+10
=16+10+10
=36

(-5)*(-2) becomes 10
because when you multple 2 negatives numbers
it becomes positive

16 + 10 + 10 = 36
