Can anyone elaborate to the premise that this country is in the transition of "the new world order"?

The New World Order will never work. What's needed is diversification and a balanced portfolio of culture, boundaries and economics - so to speak. Heck, most people can't even agree on topics within their own communities.

I always thought that the UN was that. I think that "the new world order" concept is a peace of crap. Do you really think that Russia or China would give up there economic and military power to some grand world power? They don't give a **** about a new world order and probably wouldn't even recognize it.
