The NBA just screwed the Suns big, how are you going to suspend one of the Suns biggest stars. I don't agree with Horry being suspended either, he was given a flagrent foul and that should have been it, he didn't pursue Nash after the foul, it was just a really hard one and intentional. When you are in the playoffs tempers do flare, it is more physical, and more to play for. Bottom line, the NBA ruined a really good series, the Spurs were given a much better deal, totally unfair. Looks like the Spurs will make it to the finals this year, and will probably get another deal to win it all this year. I think we seen the same situation in the NFL two years ago when Pittsburgh was pretty much given the game against Seattle in the Superbowl. Oh yeah, who cares about Tim Duncan, it would make my day to see his knee blow out in game 1 against Utah. Hey Duncan, break a leg.

Yeah, right. Stern is just dreaming of all the money and ratings the NBA can garner by 'handing' a series to one of the smallest markets in the country.
And what kind of sick SOB are you to wish a player--ANY player--a broken leg? I hope your dog dies--how do you like that?

I completely agree! The suns got screwed! Great job of David Stern to suspend two of the suns top guys. Robert Horry sucks, he has only average about 3 points a game compared to amare's 20 plus and whatever diaw contritubutes. The win is tainted and I don't know how any spurs fan can say any different. Duncan is a little girl that complains about every call. Bowen is just flat out dirty. He leans on Nash and fouls him all game and he only ends up with 3 fouls? How is that possible? He is also guarding Steve Nash 2 time MVP. Why in the hell is a 1 tool dirty player like Bowen get the benifit of the doubt above Nash? The NBA is going to lose more and more fan if they continue to allow this sluggish slow thug basketball the spurs play. But great call David Stern standing by the rules when two guys come off the bench to defend Nash who has got his butt kicked the whole series. Screw the NBA, Go Jazz, and hope Bowen breaks and ankle when another player pulls one of his pattened dirty moves.

You have your opinion and many might not agree but to wish someone have a career ending injury shows your ignorance. You have the right to be angry with the league but the class factor in your statements shows how good you were in any sports you played if any. Only another athlete would take those statements offensive. People like you should not even be able to post your ignorance for others to read. Enjoy the playoffs and even though you don't agree with everything, show some class and at most hope that someone beats the Spurs. Think before you write. God Bless

uh... can you say HELL YEA? i mean the suspensions would have been slightly and i mean SLIGHTLY be easier to swallow if i hadn't read that duncan and bowen did the same thing. rules are rules, eh? well if that was the case, shouldn't duncan and bowen be suspended too regardless if there was a major altercation? wasn't there some article that mentioned they left the bench during some suns hard foul? where the hell is this hidden exception? all i can say is WTH! i can't agree to many calls throughout this series. totally killed their momentum with all this nonsense. whose to say suns wouldn't have won if suspensions weren't handed out? the series was 2-2 with suns having the momentum.

As if Stoudlemire & Bell didn't get nasty. Horry got a 2 game suspension. Nothing said about that. You Suns fans are about as bad about whining as Sabre fans. And wishing an injury on anyone shows a lot of class. Unfortunately, it's all real LOW. You're the type of fan that gives TRUE fans of the sport a bad name.

i totally agree...i think the whole thing was rigged...there were so many breaks for the spurs and NONE for the suns...once i thought that the game was going to be called fair then the refs go and call something unbelievably stupid...and against the suns...i mean the suns are not the team that plays dirty...the suns are not the ones that do the hard fouls...they're the ones that played fair and the nba still didn't give them a break...so yah i think the series was handed to them...i think it was unfair and i'm pissed...duncan and bowen did the same thing as stat and diaw..leaving the bench...but they didn't get punished...unfair

HELL NO! They played their games, and in the end they won. I don't agree with the suspensions either, but its done, and the Suns could've won today's game but they didn't. Just stop complaining because you're team lost, everyones complaining, this is the game basketball, its tough, and hard, but in the end the better team win.

Dude, you are such a bastard and sore loser. Like the Suns are saints? You Suns fans are always happy when an opposing team member gets hurt, aren't you? That's why you guys don't deserve to win a championship.

Your sick. You want Duncan to blow his knee, you sicko? I hate the Suns, but I would never Amare Stodemire to be injured. Even if it's a player who I hate the most, I would not want them to be injured ever. Anyway, our Spurs are the best and will always be the best!

Yep, they got it handed to them on a silver platter. They should really thank David Stern and Stu Jackson for this one. It must be an early christmas gift from those two.
