is there a program that will compute my power consumption?

No, nothing in your computer can measure it, you'd have to set up an external piece of equipment between your computer and your wall socket I believe. There are software programs to measure your CPU and other temps or your fan speeds, though.

You could either measure it with a wattmeter or just compare your PC set up's consumption with what are already posted in the NET like this:
