This is the best way to describe it: right before you have one it kinda feels like you have to pee but it turns into an amazing whole body eruption.

it's kind of impossible to describe. it's different for everyone but, and i hate to say this, if you had one, you wouldn't think, you'd know. it's pretty intense.
