As long as they trained me, Yes because I am a people person, and I love plants, and I also would enjoy talking to people and helping them out with the project they are shopping for. I also will learn something new that I might use someday. And if I was in a position that I needed Money to live. I would work scrubbing floors if I had too.

I would like working there part time. One would have to be patient because customers can be cranky. It would be especially nice to work with the plants, but that also means being around the chemicals those places sell--unless you worked in an organic nursery.
Someone said his daughter was treated very well at H&E and she became a supervisor while very young.

Nothing wrong with working at a hardware store. Not exactly a dream job, but a lot of people do it and make a living.

Yes I would. You get to meet all types of people. Make loads of friends. Store discounts would be a great help. Plus a job is a job wherever it may be. Now would you rate me as the best answer? lol.

I used to work at Hechinger before they went out of business. It wasn't bad work but I don't think I'll ever go back to retail and physically I'm not up to handling the heavy stuff.

If I needed a job, I would work anywhere I had to. Why, because I can work, and I believe that if you are capable of working, and you find a job "beneath you" and you are in any way relying on others to pay your way, you should be shot!
Take the job and find a better one.
I do not know if you think that would be a bad job, but believe me. I have had worse jobs than any of those.

Been there. Done that. It was okay. I kind of liked it. I like showing men I knew quit a lot of thing they didn't expect women to know. I quit because I wanted to make more money. Went to school. Now I'm an ultrasound technologist.

I kinda would want to to gain experience about some items and then I could probably get lots of information from manager about products to help do stuff around the house.
