Sun. Without sun, the earth is cold, water formed ice. No water no life. In the ancient earth, there was no or very little oxygen supplied. But blue green algae still can survive with the presence of sunlight and water by undergoing anaerobic respiration (respiration without oxygen). And they make their own food through photosynthesis that produce oxygen. We knew that plant is the one who created the Earth's oxygen-rich atmosphere. So to get oxygen, we need plant and plant need water (melted from ice) and sunlight. Hence, I suggest sun.

well, in my opinion it's atmosphere (air) because we CAN live without clothes, and we can go for 2 or 3 days without water but we CAN NOT live without air cause we will die if we don't breath in (at last) in 5 minutes.

My guess would be air. I remember my army days' 3/3/30 survival rule:
You can live about 3 minutes without air.
You can live about 3 days without water.
You can live about 30 days without food.
Shelter and clothes you can live without unless it gets too cold.
Home this helps!

water and air, because all living things need water to drink and need oxygen or carbon dioxide (plant) to breath.
