Hormone Imbalance?

Question

Does anybody know anything about PCOS? I have been diagonsed with it, but they did lab work and all hormone levels were within normal range. Not sure how I never get a period but hormone levels are okay.

I also have PCOS. Most of my hormone levels were ok, but I didn't have a period. The hormones may be there, so they show up in the labwork. BUT they may not be reaching their destination and doing their job. Birth Control pills will help set everything straight again.
