I don't eat alot at meals, but i snak quite a bit on helthy stuff. I'm only a little overweight, but its from wen i was little and ate too much unhelthy stuff and calories. How could i lose weight?

WATER...8 8-oz glasses of water a day. Do Cardiovasular exercise regularly...brisk walking is the best. Eat six small meals a day, not just three. That's what they tell diabetics to do, and my doctor told me that eating six small meals rather than three big meals is best.

Remember that fat weighs less than muscles, bones, and water. So, you want to make sure that you are losing fat and not all the good stuff. Fast weight loss is actually a loss of the heavier stuff...usually water. You can try "8 Minutes in the Morning" by Jorge Cruise. Helped me skim off 3 inches off my waist. Combine exercise and a balanced diet to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Get your metabolism up by eating more not less. Eating less will only slow down your metabolism until you eventually gain weight just by eating very little!!

The best thing for me was to find a buddy to exercise with - we motivated each other, so there was no skipping days because I did not have time. The more I exercised, the more my metabolism fired up. Also, remember what Dr. Oz says - check the labels on your food and don't eat anything that has fructose (sugar), hydrogenated anything, or enriched anything in the first 5 ingredients.

stop sitting around and get outside and enjoy the weather. Go to parks and walk trails, go to the gym or sign up for a class with a friends like Yoga or Chimera. Chimera really works because you are learning defence for women while exercising. signing up for a class would be a good motivator because it may give you a sense of someone depending and waiting for you. you don't want to leave someone waiting for you too long do you? a friend can be your support and have fun when you exercise or else you won't treat it as a good experience and won't continue losing weight and keeping it off.

Cardio!! I don't exercise like I should (I'm a little poochy too), but you wouldn't believe how great you feel all day after morning aerobics. I should start again, it's like coffee without the excessive sweating and jitters and crash.

Find an activity you really have fun with. Exercise should be enjoyed. Take a dance class, walk around daily, maybe a little tennis. I

keep up with your frequent small meals of healthy food. then add in 5 days of 30 minute walks around your neighborhood or at your local gym or track. that should take care of it.

You can park a little farther away causing you to walk more, take the stairs vs. elevator. Are you looking for ideas or a workout program?

I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks from drinking water.. I didn't drink any sodas or tea... just water..... and I also felt alot better.... and wallking... will help alot tooo.
