My husband is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He's not one of the macho types. He's very into art and theatre, also culture of other countries. He is wonderful. So no, not all nice guys finish last.

there is something to it, especially from teenage to young adults. Probably more to do with the being drawn towards deviance and rebellion at those ages. I'm 30 now and the nice guy thing is actually starting to pay off. It's just a matter of find the right person at the right time.
However it other aspects of life I don't really see any draw backs as long as being nice doesn't mean being a push over.

No. I know it seems that way at times, esp when dating in your 20s. It is easy to get jealous of narcissistic bad guys getting really attractive women. But in the long run I have to say that nice people have more fulfilling lives. Sociopaths and dickweeds can do very well in business and politics, but success on its own does not bring happiness. From enjoying life fully to living longer to being more influential with others, all in all, psychology shows that nice guys (not door mats) do very well indeed.

Is there something which you're actually not doing? Is there something which you're consistently doing? superb people tend to strengthen out extra desirable than they get carry of. it extremely is a breeding floor for melancholy and defeat which will pass away you thinking the place you went incorrect. A theory that'll ring around you till all sanity is forfeited at suited. i think of what you're able to to do is have a severe communicate. Relationships often wreck down while communique is severed or constrained. If, as an occasion, you're texting her all day long, she won't desire to speak on the telephone that nighttime. In turn you will grow to be worried and she or he will start to confirm it as drama. on the flipside, in keeping with risk you're doing all which you will. in keeping with risk she is not providing you with a uncomplicated risk like she consistently had in the previous. In the two situation, you will could make her think of approximately how she is wronging you thru having a severe verbal substitute or you will run the prospect of digging deeper appropriate throughout the time of the island you're able to as quickly as considered to be paradise.

Not in the long run I have met Warren Buffet, Bill Gates and countless other millionaries and most of them were quite nice people (the ones who did not earn it, were by and large jerks though). Nice guys finish last until just after high school and college, then they start raking in the rewards of their behavior.

Finishing is merely finishing.
Doing something well and in a moral way will not only lead to not having to do it over, but the reward of eternal life.

NO - i think nice guys that whine about not getting the girl have to understand we LIKE nice guys but we DON'T like a guy that can't think for himself. We want a guy who has his own mind & his own style. Even if you really like someone you have to stay true to yourself & bring your own originality. Anything else REAKS of lame & lame- we cannot do : }
