No, they are 2nd least tolerant.
1st place belongs to another religion that I will not name b/c they would stone me if I did. Wait, no, stoning is for their own sinners. Since I am an infidel to them, they'd saw off my head.

I think they merely appear in-tolerant. But they have a mandate, to preach and teach God's Word. Changing God's Word to be tolerant has eternal consequences that appearing to be intolerant to their fellow-men. Think about it, we all are intolerant. We all protect our life styles, customs, looks, health, financial interests etc.
