when i went to the school JRP i learned alot about modeling and acting but they never got me any paying jobs... i know it has a reputation for being a scam and so i am hesitant as to whether or not i should put it on my resume.

should i put it on my acting resume?

what about my professional resume? i am limited as far as any professional college schooling so i need to put whatever i can get on there. would it be worth it to list JRP?

The answer to your questions is 'yes' - is is part of your background, it gave you special training and special insights, even if it didn't get you paying jobs.
Whether it was a scam or not, you did learn things there, but more importantly, it shows that you wanted to learn and were willing to study.

It kinds of depends upon where you live (and I say this with much hesitation as JRP is a huge scam). Yes, it's part of your background, but if you are in LA or NY, then you won't be taken seriously at all. In fact, it would be more counterproductive than constructive. If you want experience, then get good quality headshots from someone who does it for a living. Use those headshots to submit yourself to student film, and local productions, and local theatre. This is how you build experience. If you want to be able to list some training, then take an acting class for a few months, and get the training that way. All JRP shows is that someone took advantage of your dreams to be an actor. Sorry if this comes across a little harsh, but this is just how it is.

Do what you think is best for you. JRP is not taken seriously.

I'd say no. They have a horrible reputation. You can take another class and add that to your resume.
