How big duse a Piranha have to be before it can eat frozen sliders(fish)?

You can cut the fish up, but it probably isn't necessary. Even a small piranha will eat the fish by tearing it up if it can't swallow it altogether. The frozen food is softer than fresh (think of a thawed out piece of broccoli in comparison to fresh broccoli in the fridge). You (and your fish ) will be fine :)

You could feed your Piranha live food when the food is big enough to fit into the Piranha's mouth.

All you need to do is to cut the frozen slider into small and various shaped pieces, then feed your piranha. You need not wait for it to grow big enough in order to have a full uncut slider.

Just thaw them well and let the fish show you if it's ready. Of course you can cut the fish up.
