Song is a country one, and something about the son every birthday he writes a letter to his father and writes it on a balloon and lets it go in the air. I don't know if it is new or old?

Little Red Balloon by Kristen Cromwell and its about a little girl who sends the balloon to her daddy in heaven when she is 7, then 11 and then the day before her wedding day. Its a new song.
