There are two reasons. First is the most obvious, loved ones. The other reason is because you don't know what's after life. What if there is nothing? Wouldn't you want to live life to the fullest if you knew this was the only life you had to live? Life is worth fighting for because it is the only life we are guaranteed to have. Enjoy it while you can.
