she is 10......is she werid ?.......she olny do's this when she is at home...when she is with her friends she acts cool but in the house shes werid as hell.

I don’t think your cousin is wired, just a kid. When I went back to visit my old elementary school I meet a little girl who was in the third grade (I think), in the science lab. Anyways to make a long story short; my old teacher pointed out to me that the little girl thinks she’s a pony. She loves ponies so much she tries to be one. I looked at my teacher as if she were crazy.
Sure enough after a few minutes she started running around, galloping, jumping over stuff, ran a complete lap around the school trying to make hoof noises like a horse, neighing, and moving her head up and down like a horse. My teacher looked up at me and said “I told you”. I was like OH MY GOD HOW STUPID!
I guess what I am trying to say is that there is weirder. And at least your cousin is acting like a weirdo in your home and not in front of teachers and students. Personally, I think this little girl had some serious psychological issues, but whatever.
For the record unlike almost everyone else on this page, I don’t think your weird, bored probably but which of us isn’t. HAHA! Anyway so long as you never let your cousion go to never land ranch you’ll be fine.

She hasn't heard any of the news, which shouldn't be shared with someone that young anyway. My niece had a love for him recently and now she's moved on to Green Day, don't fret, she'll get over it. But if she turns 17 and is still at it, share the news. Or let her parents do it.

If it negatively effects her life it's a problem, if not, to each their own. She's ten, let her be her, and if it doesn't cause any problems there isn't any reason why she can't dance around the house with baby powder on her face.
