Yes, this has happened to me. When I was first expecting I could feel my stomach all tight, I think that it was just my womb changing and moving and preparing to protect my little one. It is just your body making adjustments for your precious little one inside.
Best thing to do is when you have a question write it down in a notepad and ask your Ob doctor when you go in next. If you can not wait until then call him or her and ask your question. That is what they are there for-you are paying for their services so do not feel bad about calling once in a while.

I am 17 weeks right now and feeling like I am bloated and round all the time..I went to the DR and hadn't gained a pound, but I am also getting round...my DR told me that my uterus is growing... just because I haven't gained any weight...I will she said!!

okay... i had 2 sisters pregnant and now i think i may be but it all really depends on your body. some people dnt actually look like they are pregnant until the last few months. but yea some time you stomach does get hard

I'm a mother of three, so to answer your question, yes my stomach did the exact same thing, don't worry i have three sisters who have kids-it's normal

not really. l felt like l wanted to throw up alot which l did but lt has never made my tummy rock hard. lt was more tender then anything else and l felt alot of butterflies in my tummy as well.

yes, your uterus is expanding and your insides are shifting into place....it is perfectly normal and will continue to be that way throughout the pregnancy.

It could also be constipation that is making it hard. But it is very normal.

yes. Your uterus hardens and starts to protrude as it gets bigger. You should be able to feel it just above your pelvic bone.
