Last night, I only had one need. An instintual, most natural inborn need that required the opposite sex to attend, yet we were way too sleepy to fulfill *it* Now is also another time when I, again, have one need, yet there is not even a possibility in the air for this need to be fed...

No, we've all needed more than one since the very beginning. Pregnancy included your mother eating properly and avoiding harmful or toxic fumes and birth involed eating, changing of clothing and diapers as well as attention.
