A difficult question to answer since it is neither clear or concise. The answer depends on what the question is in reference to.

If you want to be female, a vagina is better while if you want to be male, a penis is better.

If you are a straight guy and want to have sex, you want someone with a vagina. A straight female wants someone with a penis. And if not straight, you want the same sex and so, the same parts.

As with all things, some will be happy with what they have while others will want what someone else has...human nature.
