I have a Hampton Bay Venetian Scavo Fan - no instructions. Can't get to the bulb?

Help. The instructions are gone and its mounted. I can't seem to make the glass on the bottom budge. What am I missing. If anyone has a similar model could let me know it would be greatly appreciated.

Call Hampton Bay 877-527-0313 and tell them you have a model number Venetian Scavo Glass, Model 04912
