i am closerto my dad robably i mean he doesnt get mad at me like my mom does
but then again i can talk to my mom about things i cant talk to my dad about

no question, no hesitation } my Grams. She has always been there for me no matter what- in ways my parents never bothered to be. I could tell her anything, and know that she would not judge me. That she loves me unconditionally. She has been there since the day I was born, 32 years ago. And has been with me for the birth of both my kids, and for all my ups and downs. She was my one true family member and best friend in the total sense of the word. She could always count on me and I could always count on her like no other person I've ever encountered. I lost her to cancer a year ago and my life will never be the same. I miss her so very much. The strangest part? She is my stepgrandmother, but she never treated me like a step anything. If I could be like anyone in the world, I would choose to be like her. She is wonderful! :-)

I am closest to my mom because my dad never seemed to allow himself to get real close to his children. He has never told me he loved me but would buy me anything in the world that I wanted. I thing it's just how he was brought up.

I spend more time with my Mom, but I love the time I spend with my Dad. I am also really close to my aunt.

the moment us kids were old enough to fly the coupe we flew. Boy did most of us fly away. We are Iowians and us kids went to texas, california, kansas, and missouri. mom and dad were abusive and no reason to stick around.
