It depends on what state you live in. I knew a girl who got pregnant at 16 and had an abortion without her parents ever finding out. Some states require parental consent.

Please, consider adoption instead of abortion. I understand that not every girl at 16 can support a baby, but it's not the reason to kill her(baby). It's not the baby's fault at all. You can't make the little one responsible for your own mistakes. Just let her be born, there are so many people who want to have kids but can't, -- give them a chance.
Sincerely, mommy of 6 ( ages - 25, 23, 21, 18, 7 and 3)

Most places, once a girl is pregnant she is considered a legal adult and the choice is hers. I don't see how anyone could physically be forced to have an abortion.
If her parents tried I think there would be quite a court battle, and by then it would be too late as the pregnancy would be to far along.

Unfortunately there's no easy answer to this. It really does all depend on the state you're in (not necessarily a resident of). Check out this website - http://www.coolnurse.com/abortion_laws.htm
Although I didn't count, it appears to have the rules for all 50 states. I would double check with your state law, though. Call a clinic and ask about the rules. There's no need to tell them who you are at that point.

It depends on the laws in your state. But in WV, I know it is up to the kid pregnant with the kid.
