If we had a meal that leaves organic waste we put it in our freezer and wait for trashmen to come and pick it up.You will never catch me throwing smelly stuff into my rubbish bin.I only put my bin out on footpath in three weekly periods.But our recycling bin fills up so quickly.I put all other smelly organic stuff in my garden.I just cant understand why people keep on putting their hardly filled rubbish bins out on sidewalks without fail.

Poor folks like myself, who are commited to landlord policy and regulations, and do not have freezer space could not even contemplate such.
But composting is a wonderful thing to do, so thankyou to all those that can and do.
