I have seen them on ebay and would love to be able to make some for myself . They look real !

If you want to make *mini* cupcakes from polymer clay (or from an air-dry clay), there are loads of tips on this page at my site:

I made some with plaster of paris and I iced them with texture paste (coloured) then used micro beads to look like 100's & 1000's and while they do look absolutely gorgeous it was quite an expensive exercise and it would proberly have been cheaper to buy them, also they took days to make, but I am looking for an easier and cheaper way, I want to find out what they are being "iced" with as I have seen some bigger cakes but can definately buy them cheaper than making my own. Can you let me know if you find out.

There Was A Tutorial on Craftster. com unfortunatally it has been removed... the cupacakes were made from paper!
