the beckett actually says nnf which stands for "no name frank" the error card is worth 300 to 500 and doesnt have franks name on the front. The regular one has his name on the front. That is your right answer and i hope it helps you.

The number in Beckett means the card number. If he is in his college uniform that card is from the topps "traded" set which comes out after the season set. Not all the players are the trades, some are draft picks like Thomas that year. That card should be worth more than the next one of his by topps which would have him in a white sox uniform. Also, if you are trying to sell it, i would not go to a dealer....it's like trading in a car. Try ebay or something like that first.

The "NNOF" version has "no name on front" -- Topps screwed up the printing of a small amount of Thomas cards (a genuine error as Thomas was a nobody draft pick at the time, unlike this year's deliberate Jeter variant). The black printing plate was partly screened, so his name and some surrounding details didn't get black ink -- as his name was printed entirely in black, the name box was blank. It's an error that is very hard to miss; you probably don't have it.

NO..there is a difference , albeit rare difference with that card and because YOU and a very few other people may have that different car..it increases the value of that card-PLUS it is a rookie card..not just a 2nd or 3rd yr card..and the Hurt is a decent player with no real scandals..so that is why it is what it is..
