They all look impressive, but I think AP Calc, AP Stats, AP Chem, AP Physics, and AP Bio probably look the best, because they are in math and science. That doesn't matter, though; what matters if they will help you get out of core classes or get out of basic requirements for your major. Take whatever seems useful for you and your major.

I'd guess English first, then chemistry, then history, then spanish. Although if the school you pick has a foreign language requirement, then the AP spanish may satisfy that. The english will work almost anywhere, and the chemistry should satisfy a science requirement. Lots of majors require a history class, but I'd double-check the one you want to be sure.
