In The Philippines, does Vanessa Anne Hudgens match the standard of beauty? I know that in America, she is considered really pretty and exotic, especially b/c she's multiracial. But in The Philippines, would she be considered just average?

She looks cute in the first pic I showed but there are tons more pics where she looks gorgeous. I think she's beautiful by the way! It's a shame the locals would consider her just average but at least we can appreciate a hot Pinay here in the US! :-)

Alright, I suppose she does look like every other Filipina out there. I have another question - what about the rest of the HSM cast? I think Tisdale would be considered just average in The Philippines but what about Efron or Bleu? Surely, you've got to agree those guys are hot!

Oh, so you're referring to the star of "Highschool Musical"..... I see. Yes she is certainly good-looking. There is something uncommonly beautiful (your exotic) about her features, but not too much. I'd say just about the right amounts of cuteness; and she seems almost on the verge of bubbling I know not what.
In the Philippines, she would be considered above average, methinks. Star power is all about charisma, and Miss Hudgens certainly has it.

Yes she is pretty and cute. Like most of the other posters, with whom I agree with, I too have seen many prettier Filipinas while visiting the Phils. We also have our share of pretty and hot Filipinas here in Australia.
May I add that the majority of Filipinas have that "exotic" look about them.
You pinoys are so luckyyyyyyyyyyy!

there are also guys that are hot like zac and corbin in the philippines.. and yeah vanessa really looks like a filipino coz of her skin and her looks..

yes she is beautiful but she's just like the rest of the Filipina, and you can even find Filipina prettier than her, not necessarily the fair skinned Filipina but the kayumangi Filipina.
