he will turn the warped rotor if turnable as they will turn the rotors on all brake jobs if they are any kind of a reputable shop, as long as he doesn't have to replace the rotors it should only cost you the price of a normal brake job which I have seen them advertised for $79.95 per axle.

Most shops will charge roughly 2.0 hours per axle, plus parts. The total will vary depending on labor rate and if the rotors can be saved.
