ok I can answer this. I was constipated for 2 weeks, and it was beyond horrible. I finally had to drink something to make me go. I can honestly tell you that as horrible diarrhea is, after not being able to poop for that long, it was awesome. lol. Give me diarrhea before constipation any day of the week.

Severe constipation, I'd hate not being able to leave the house, or toilet for that matter, even a day of diarrhea is miserable:(

Diarrhea for a week. Constipation is painful and at least you can lose weight with diarrhea.
