Nope, it's bright and sunny here with a little breeze because it's nearly evening. Good thing u love the rain!! I only like it when it thunders, so i could watch lightening strike ( which rarely ever happens where i live).

It's British Columbia- it never DOESN'T rain here! haha, but I don't mind it either. It's still warm outside, so it's nice
