Is it possible that a person who is miserable at present and have done nothing but good is being punished for something terrible he will do in the future? I mean like something really bad, and that that person would in fact want to do it to get revenge on humanity for his miserable exisistance. That could also be a case where misery makes the man and the resulting bad thing is due to inner hatred and resent brought on by his misery. But im talking about taking revenge on all of humanity so everyperson feels pain for your misery, do u think that can be justified? I know some kids go on school rampages, but thats smallfry, even hitler went wrong only going after a single group of people. What if one desires revenge on like the whole of humanity. Hypothetically speaking, what if this person can release a toxin into the air to make sure every human is affected for the most part. Would this be justified?

In other words, You're asking if misery justifies doing something immoral, because you're going to do something that will equal your misery. There was this one short story I heard of, called "A Good Man Is Hard To Find," about a killer who first started his life of crime because he was blamed for killing his dad. He denies it, and becomes a serial killer, for in some twisted way, he's committing the crimes to see if his actions equalled the punnishment he suffered. But it doesn't justify what he's doing though, because he could equally turn his life around, just like Hitler or some maladjusted kid could, and some do, but not always. And making others suffer for your misery is only going to make them miserable, and a chain of misery will result, so it isn't justified.

The Buddhist concept of Karma is such that one may very well suffer today for bliss tomorrow without a conscious realization of the relationship. Otherwise evil is evil no matter how it is attired.
However I do not believe that you can pick your punishment today and commit your crime tomorrow. Even in the best case scenario that is still deceit, because you have done nothing to demonstrate a want of virtue and compassion!
From a different perspective consider the words of a Yankee General upon realization of the Southern Secession: If war is the remedy he has chosen, then let us give him the full of it! I should think those words were spoken with a great deal of utter loath and sadness, at the realization that of the price of war. At the end of the war the same man said : It may be well that we have become so hardened!
Then again I do believe in the Truman dictum:Stike a blow for liberty! That is while I myself may suffer and be damned, if that sacrafice can help someone esle overcome my fate then perhaps the world is better for it. Buddhists refer to this as a man who's life roared like a lion!

Touchy subject, but I believe that NO human has the right to punish anyone who has not directly wronged him. There are cultures that raise themselves upon hatred for one specific type of person or culture (much like Hitler and the Nazis or extremist religions). These cultures are designed to breed more hatred and, most importantly, fear.
Now, does that stop people from commiting genocide? No. Look at Hitler, look at Stalin, look at the entire Middle East. Look at druglords, Klan members, and the rich people behind the scenes. They all feel that in order to achieve power, they much induce fear. Is it a result of a ravaged childhood? Maybe.
Back to the original point, attacking an entire population is almost certainly an act of insanity, as the attacker has no idea about whom he will make suffer. For example, exrtemists live off of stereotyping because they themselves were stereotyped. Those who attacked the World Trade Center destroyed many lives, but knew nothing about those whom they were killing. If I were in that tower, I would have died feeling confused because I prejudge no one based on color, religion, political beliefs. They would have made me suffer for a crime against them that I never committed.
Granted, nation on nation warfare and genocide have happened and mostly innocent people suffer. People whose lives are tied into struggling to survive in the world they live in, much like those who must be mired in rage and misery. But each human has a way of dealing with their anger or their sadness. I choose to curl up in a ball and keep everyone out until I can regiain "my wits." However, if one has no concept of right or wrong, mass genocide is an option.
"The world killed my soul, and I shall kill the world." Striking against one's aggressor is justified ONLY if those being punished or counter-attacked directly contributed to injuring the cornered person. Hitler was never persecuted by each and every Jew he had killed. Saddam ordered the deaths of many who simply were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Stalin hid behind his political views and his own paranoia.
This leads me to my final point... if the cornered individual looks logically upon a situation, he will be afraid to see the truth. Many, like myself, wishes only that justice be served to THOSE WHO ARE EVIL. Those who are truly evil. Punishing the population of an evil ruler is no way to achieve one's goals just as assassinating the good ruler of an evil people.
I am not a diety, I have no right to mitigate punishment based purely upon race, religion, or color (hence why I don't support the war in Iraq and elsewhere). And in turn, I have no right to utilize others to punish said group of people. There are fair, just, and generally good people in the world and sacrificing them just to attack the bad apples cannot be logically justified (not can it emotionally be justified).

Unlikely.
Blaming society for the actions of a few is likely though to produce considerable unpleasantness and suffering.
Blaming specific individuals for their specific actions is also going to produce unpleasantness and suffering.
Blaming specific individuals for their lack of action is also going to produce unpleasantness and suffering.
A miserable existence, is sometimes not as bad as the individual believes. There is no guarantee that things would have been better and quite possibly things could have been worse.
