Oh Yeah, on several occasions to retrieve something, keep an eye on the switch. I should probably stop doing that though cause I'm starting to get quite forgetful and sometimes do crazy little things. Like yesterday, I took the last can of coke out of the carton and through the can in the trash and put the empty carton in the refrigerator. I think it may be time to get rid of the garbage disposal. I'm freaking out just thinking about it:-) Oh Great, now every time I go to flip the switch, I'll think of some crazy booger pickin chick in a Santa clause hat on yahoo answers. Memory's!!! I can't remember the neighbors name, but I'll remember your question and avatar!!!

I have (not when it's on, of course!!) before to fish out little things that fall in. Except it's a lot harder now because my hand is bigger than it used to be. But it's the only hand in the family that will do the job. It's gross.

No, I'll take my chances turning off the water and just taking the pipe apart. I like my hand, it compliments my arm.

Probably be a good idea to unplug it first or make sure nobody is around to accidentally turn it on.
