MY achilles tendon hurts a lot when I get up in the morning and start moving quickly. I will not be able to walk normal for around an hour or so, then it is fine the rest of the day, unless I dont move for about 4 hours.. When I run (in the afternoon) it hurts a lot during and after, the running....
When I say it hurts alot, I mean I have to just fall over (on a couch, not onto the floor, its not that bad).I just fall over, becuase I cant move the tendon any longer..what to do???

Get to the doctor before you do any more running. You may have strained, pulled, or torn the achilles tendon. Any further stress may cause a worse injury that may take months to heal. STOP RUNNING UNTIL YOU SEE A DOCTOR!
