Hi. My hubby is telling me my belly is small for how far along i am...will u please tell me how far along i look in YOUR honest opinion? Im 29 weeks by the way. thanks

I'm sorry, neither of your links is working for me. But I can tell you this. In the very same day once I had one person tell me I was huge for how far along I was and that I looked like I was about to burst and another person tell me that I looked very small for how far along I was. As long as the measurements your doctor is taking are fine, then I wouldn't worry about anything.

Couldn't see a picture. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I look like I am 20 weeks. Some people don't get that big in their pregnancy. Everywhere I go people are always telling me that I am tiny for being as far as I am. I can't help it and I'm sure you can't either. I was huge, I gained 80 pounds with my first, and with this one I've gained 17 pounds. Both girls too. Each pregnancy is different and it's not your fault your small. Some women would love to stay small during their pregnancy. I'm happy I did for this one.

your doctor will tell you if he is concerned about your belly size. alot of first time mothers don't get so big. your stomach muscles are good and tight for a first baby. every baby belly is different, depending on your body structure and how much weight you gain.
My baby belly was pretty small, no one believed i was pregnant until i was 6 months pregnant. At about 8 1/2 months my stomach just exploded in size along with stretch marks.

I didn't look at the pic, because you look how you look at 29 weeks. How many ladies 29 week pregnant bellies has your husband seen to be able to say, yours is too small?
Don't worry about it. Go by what your Obstetrician thinks.

there is no photo however if you are really concerned, ask your doctor. He/she can tell you how big or small your baby is or should be. It is possible you are one of the lucky ones like me who have so much room in there that the baby just doesn't show much. It makes for a really easy labour.

I couldn't bring up a photo. I would just see what the doctor says about it when they measure you. That's you're best bet!

As a male nurse, just an LPN- you need to be checked for pre-ecclampsia. HPT IS A REAL DANGER HERE. However, I must also say that this is a weak point for males in the nursing field. So I may very well be wrong.
