Without knowing more of the facts or history of this issue it's hard to really give advise on a reply
I would reply with a question of sorts, If this person simply forgot to pay you then what is keeping this from happening? If there is a reason why you need this "pay" soon then a reply requesting more detailed information about when you can expect it. It might also be a good idea to let this person know that you have obligations and because of the forgetfulness this puts you in a bind. I'm assuming you want to stay on this persons good side. Instead of saying, When will you have my money", simply let him/her know that you need to know when he/she will pay you and add why. Give him/her the reason why you need the money and let them know that you don't want to be hard nosed about it but it is something you want him or her to be serous about.

Start with:
"Where's my money, B**CH!? If you don't give me that motherf'ing money by tomorrow at 6am, I will sneak into your parents house, pour gasoline on them while they're sleeping, and burn them alive! After that, I will have my friend hold your arm out on the ground while I smash it to pieces with a baseball bat over and over, and after each hit my friend will snap the bone back into place, and I'll hit it again!"
