I don't remember much of his standup on Comedy Central but I do remember that he had a New York accent and that I think he might of had 2 specials.
His latest one had a joke about how he would never want to get married because it is basically getting in line to loose half of your sh*t. That's really the only joke I remember from him.

I remember Eddie Murphy had a joke like that once. It might be him, but I don't think he has a New York accent.
